I'm Yvonne D. Flagg, a registered architect and designer who combines technical rigor with a community-minded vision, creating designs that enhance neighborhoods to be more equitable, more livable, and truly reflective of their unique identity.

As a registered architect and designer with nearly two decades of experience, I firmly believe that every architecture project must cater to both the people who utilize it and the unique context of its location. My work aims to harmonize these elements, balancing technical rigor with a community-minded vision.
That was my first lesson in how much design influences ordinary daily life, which is why I've dedicated my career to focusing on the buildings and neighborhoods where that impact is felt most directly. I earned my Bachelor of Architecture at Temple University, and I am a licensed registered architect, credentialed through NCARB and actively involved as a member of the National Organization of Minority Architects.
I primarily work in BIM and 3D modeling — leveraging these technical tools not just for design, but also as means to deeply explore form, context, cost, and constructability, while keeping our entire team synchronized. My practice is rooted in principles of equity, community, and sustainability: I advocate for architecture that not only addresses genuine social needs but also strengthens neighborhoods and fosters a sense of belonging.
