Yvonne D. Flagg is a registered architect and seasoned designer whose work bridges technical rigor with community-minded vision. With nearly two decades of experience, she specializes in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D modeling to deliver thoughtful, efficient, and context-sensitive architecture.
Her passion for architecture began in childhood, inspired by watching her parents transform her childhood row home and sparking a lifelong appreciation for design’s power to shape daily life. Yvonne went on to earn her Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University and has since achieved full licensure as a registered architect (RA). She also holds professional credentials with the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
Over her 20 years in practice, Yvonne has contributed to a wide range of projects, including:
She is known for her dedication to using BIM workflows to enhance design precision, efficiency, and collaboration across teams. Her professional ethos centers on the belief that architecture must serve both people and place. She views digital tools not only as technical assets, but as pathways to explore form, context, cost, and constructability more deeply.
Equity, community, and sustainability remain at the core of her approach. Yvonne advocates for architecture that responds to social needs, strengthens neighborhoods, and creates spaces of belonging. On a lighter note, she has joked that if she weren’t an architect, she might have become a pilot — a reflection of her affinity for precision, structure, and seeing the bigger picture.
As she advances her career, Yvonne is focused on expanding her leadership in her design technology, mentoring the next generation of architects, and contributing to projects with lasting community impact. Her blend of technical mastery and human-centered vision positions her to shape architecture that is both resilient and inclusive.
